Partner Choice

Choosing a partner for this project is going to be very important. You must choose someone that you can work with after school when homework has to be completed. Remember, you don't need to be physically close to another person because you will collaborating online during a majority of this project. In fact your online collaboration will be a crucial part of your grades. This is why you should be working in Google Docs because it will keep track of all the changes that you make to your collective work.
Partner Considerations
A important consideration when choosing your partner for this project is what the two of you will accomplish when you are together. It might not be the best idea to work with your best friend in class! This can lead to the two of you getting in trouble and getting off of topic when you should be working.
Your Best Partner
Your best partner will be someone that complements you and works well with you. Ideally it will be someone who is strong in areas that you are weak in and who might need help in areas that you are strong in. A true partnership is greater then the sum of two people. 1 + 1 = >2 is how a true partnership really works.
Your First Combined Assignment with your Partner

Your first assignment for this project is to go the shared Google Docs folder for this class and fill out your partner form. This needs to be filled out by both of you together. This form requires careful and thoughtful answers. You will need to self-reflect on your skills; what you are strong at and where you need help. As a team, you will have to jointly write how the combination of the two of you will complement each other and enable you to succeed with this project.
